However, while this whole thing is questionable, i'm simply noting that S2 claimed that S1 ruined my head. Bear in mind, i only used the race tune that one time at the Texas Mile for a 3 day event of 8 1mile bursts, then back to pump gas with a street tune. The only potential downside to this is that i was later told by S2 that the tune from S1 had burned up my head, which had to be replaced. I also noticed a real improvement in power, and went from 167 mph at the Texas Mile to 183 with the exhaust, tune, and race fuel, which i was happy with as well. I had an easy to use handheld device that allowed me to ride to the Texas Mile on pump gas, then quickly switch to the race tune for race fuel during the Mile, then back to pump once that tank was empty. The purchaseability and usability of this product was great. The last thing i need is any more drama among who did what as this has been painful enough for me, so i'm simply going to state facts, qualify where there may be question, and refer to suppliers by S1 (first supplier), S2 (second supplier), etc.Īfter i installed the akra system, i bought an aftermarket tune from S1.
